Leona is the Member of Parliament for Aurora-Oak Ridges-Richmond Hill. First elected as a Liberal MP in 2015, Leona is well known for fiercely standing up for her convictions, and crossing the floor to sit as a Conservative Member of Parliament in September 2018. Leona serves as the Shadow Minister for Global Security, as well as a member of the Canadian NATO Parliamentary Association. Leona currently sits on the Standing Committee for Foreign Affairs and International Development.
